So what's all this talk about publicists and roles in novels? I should start with some back story. When I launched my first book, Waking Lazarus, I invited people to sign up as volunteer book publicists on this very web site; in return for telling others about the book, they had the chance to win a role in an upcoming book.
As a result, Kevin Lucia won a role in my second book, The Dead Whisper On. Sarea Brockman appeared in The Unseen. And Todd Michael Greene became part of Faces in the Fire.
And you know what? I love the idea of sharing some of the success with the people who help make it happen, so I'll be continuing the whole "Volunteer Book Publicist" project as long as I write books. Every book will have a character named after one of my readers who sign up on this site, or become fans of the o-fish-ul Facebook page.
So, whaddya say? Wanna be my book publicist? If so, just sign up for an account now, and keep in touch. Or, if you're on Facebook, just become a fan on my Facebook page.

Thanks . .

Waking Lazarus
my wife and I just read Waking Lazarus and thought it was fantastic. We will definitely read more.
waking lazarus
picked up this book because the cover was appealing to me as well as the "teaser" intro. It sat around here a long time as I am busy, like the rest of the world. I was in a situation where I had to sit and wait at some appts. for my daughter. I took the book. My favorite line was said by William, the father, "she forgave me so she could be healed." I read that line about 5 times lettng it sink in. I was reminded of a time in my life and an idea I had for a book back in the day....
At the end of the book I continued reading on through your credits etc. and came to this web site. If you're still out there I would share my idea with you. I feel like I cannot write this myself because it needs to come from a males point of view. It would deal with adultry, 10 years of lies, fear, control and of course the victory only the Lord can supply.
I appreciate writers such as yourself who don't curse or focus on sex, but true life situations without too much over-exageration :o)
